Purpose & Scope: This is an order for vehicle valuation appraisal services. The scope of this appraisal assignment is to establish a set of professional opinions and conclusions as to the market value of the subject vehicle just prior to the date of damage and the market value of the same vehicle just after the damage repairs are completed and to document and report on same. You agree to provide us with the information we request in order to properly value your vehicle. We will document and report whether or not, and if so, the amount of any difference in market value between the pre-damage value and the post-repair value that was caused due to the collision damage and resulting repairs. In the course of preparation of this appraisal report, we may consult with various other companies, organizations, texts, publications and guidebooks. These outside entities include but are not limited to: The National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA), Kelley Blue Book (KBB), Edmunds Auto Values, Black Book, Auto Trader, Autosource, Vehicle Dealers, etc. When information obtained from these outside entities or persons is deemed to be reliable and credible it may be relied upon and become part of the reported information as well as the opinions and conclusions contained in the vehicle valuation appraisal report.
Cancellations/Refunds: Any order cancelled prior to the completion of an inspection will incur a $75.00 cancellation charge for administrative services regardless of the reason for the cancellation. Orders cancelled after the completion of an inspection but prior to the completion of our appraisal report will incur a $150.00 cancellation charge for administrative services regardless of the reason for the cancellation. There are no refunds after the completion of our appraisal report under any circumstances.
