I got a total loss offer of $5000 with Tax and fees. I did not agree with them so I contacted Collision Claim Associates Inc and they have a very good price to do an appraisal. Finally, they come up with $5,732 with no tax and fees yet. I think they do a very good job for a very good price. Thank you CCA and when you guys need someone for your total loss just come to CCA they will make you happy and get more money.

Had a total loss claim I was dealing with where I knew my insurance was only offering me $1900 with taxes and fees included. Needed a pro to help me get my vehicle appraised and negotiate with my insurance company. Collision claims associates responded quickly and were very upfront. Never made big promises but kept it very real. Took time to listen to me and even took time to hear about my complaints with my insurance company and explain that many deal with these same issues. They were easy to get a hold of and even after I payed the full amount they were working non-stop and responded to all my questions and guided me. (Didn't have to by were just pleasant people.) I had the pleasure of dealing with rosemary and Richard. As soon as they made a deal with the insurance company they called me to let me know that my insurance agreed to pay about $4700 after fees and taxes. That's almost triple what Allstate offered me before. Hands down one of the best and easiest business transactions I had for what I thought was going to be complex. Honestly very surprised. Will recommend them as if it's religion. Thank you guys very much.

I shouldn't have to pay to collect a claim that I pay premiums to my insurance for; but since I had to - this is the company you want. Richard is honest and helpful. He's happy to explain things on the phone or by email. He was able to obtain close to $2k above the lowball offer Allstate offered for my flooded vehicle. Shame on Allstate. Hurrah for CCA.
