Our reports are provided to assist vehicle owners and other interested parties in determining appropriate vehicle values after collision repairs (Diminished Value) or collision (Total Loss). It is our policy to work with you, through out the claims process to the extent provided by the service you selected (see specific service agreement for the service level selected) However, there is no guarantee of a specific outcome. Therefore, once our reports have been ordered and inspections (if selected) are completed, no refunds will be made. Cancellations requested 24 hours prior to a scheduled inspection are subject to a $75.00 administrative fee regardless of reason for cancellation.
